Throughout my art history classes and various art world internships, I've  written critical art theory essays, artist bios, collection summaries, curatorial overviews, art news articles, consignment proposals, funding requests, painting descriptions, condition reports, and just about every other kind of art writing there is. One of the primary goals of ARTTCETERA was to create a platform for me to continue ranting and editorializing about the fabulous art in my life -- you can find those articles under the ART tab.

As a cataloguer for the Sotheby's Evening sale team, I'mlucky enough to be tasked with writing the scholarly essays that accompany our most fantastic works every season. Catalogue essays are my favorite kinds of art writing, as they allow me to rave enthusiastically about the strengths and attributes of any given artwork.
